Back In the England

Here I am, back in England again after a two year absence.  I flew out of Tullamarine Airport, Melbourne on Thursday 25, May 2017, and flew Qantas to London Heathrow.  It wasn't the best experience.  It was very cramped back in the tourist area and the food was tolerable!

After a very comfortable night at the Premier Inn at Heathrow, we set off for the Westcountry.  On the way we stopped at  Ludgershall Castle near Andover.  This castle dates from the 11th century and was used by King John and his son Henry III as a hunting lodge
